What To Expect

What to Expect

Visiting a new church can be intimidating: What should I wear? Where do I park? Where do my kids go?

We understand the many thoughts that can come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel completely comfortable when you visit.

WHAT TO EXPECT (IF YOU COME TO A SUNDAY SERVICE)

We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you're joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you're wearing. In the summertime, it's not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Others prefer to still put on their "Sunday best," and that's fine too! We think you'll fit in no matter how you dress.

People come to Household of Faith from many different backgrounds, ages and cultures. Just be yourself and come as you are. We want HFFC to be a safe environment for ordinary people to explore faith with others. Everyone is welcome here, no matter your background, your doubts, or questions. God accepts us as we are. From there we’ll help each other grow to be all God intended us to be.

  • Friendly people will help you find your way around (parking and where to sit, etc)

  • Your kids will kids will enjoy their own fun, age appropriate classes during the adult service (Aged 0-12years)

  • A live band will play 4-5 songs.  (you can just listen or sing along)

  • Someone will pray and say “God is Good”

  • We’ll talk about some events that are coming up

  • Someone will talk about something that matters to your life from the Word of God

  • In less than 90 minutes, it’s over
